Swimming Pool:
Enjoy our fantastic real swimming pool. Heated with solar
panels and with an integrated jacuzzi it is one of the
favorite spots to spend a lovely afternoon as
well as enjoy
an early morning swim.
Hot Tub:
After a day of riding or other adventures head for our
outdoor hot tub overlooking the waterfalls. Allow your body
to relax in the warm waters while enjoying a Margarita or
two.
Massages:
For a real treat, book yourself a massage. We have a
tranquil massage room and offer a 50 minute Swedish massage
(USD 50) or a hot stone massage (USD 70), Either one will leave
you relaxed and invigorated.
Hiking/Running:
If you prefer adventures under your own steam, you can walk,
hike or jog in any direction from the ranch for a variety of
geographic and cultural experiences. Enjoy the physical
challenge of this varied terrain; take in the vibrant color
of this rural landscape; revel in the beauty of the
plants indigenous to the area; and discover quaint
villages unchanged by time.
Lounge Activities:
Take time out to enjoy our lounge and challenge one
of your fellow guests to a game of darts, pool, or chess,
while listening to music and enjoying a drink from the bar.
Reading:
Help yourself to a book from our library, head to the lounge
chairs, Jacuzzi or one of the hammocks - and immerse
yourself in a good novel. Our library offers many volumes
in English, Spanish and German.
Bird watching:
Numerous species of birdlife play
and feed at the ranch. Further out in the fields or up the
mountains, majestic hawks, kites and eagles soar in the
skies and wild turkeys scurry
through the bushes. Bring your binoculars!
Photography/Painting:
In addition to your point-and-shoots, you may want to bring
your serious cameras as the ranch is a favorite for
photographers as well as a paradise for painters. You have the opportunity to
photograph the hand-made rock walls, cacti, flowers, and
historic haciendas in the area; compelling images of the
locals farming their land; and stunning photographs of ‘las cascadas’ – the ranch’s namesake waterfalls.
